Terms Of Use:
 

  • This Annual Passport Next is valid for 12 park operational months from the date of issue and entitles the holder to 2 visits to Water Kingdom and 1 visit to EsselWorld Bird Park.

  • For closure of the Park due to force majeure (Including the pandemic), Park management will not be responsible during the said period.

  • This Annual Passport Next is neither transferable nor refundable and is valid only when the photograph and signature of the recipient is duly attested by VIPL authorities.

  • Valid for Annual Passport Next holder only, attraction usage is strictly as per ride & slide’s height criteria.

  • No cash or other benefit will be exchanged against this Annual Passport Next.

  • This Annual Passport Next should be furnished and stamped at the ticket counter of Water Kingdom OR EsselWorld Bird Park in exchange for an entry ticket for entering the park.

  • Only ONE visa will be issued at each park on a day.

  • This Annual Passport Next offer cannot be clubbed with any other / scheme running at the time of the visit to Water Kingdom and EsselWorld Bird Park.

  • Photocopy of this Annual Passport Next is not valid.

  • VIPL is not responsible for the loss of Annual Passport Next and NO refund/compensation will be made against same.

  • If found misused this Annual Passport Next will be confiscated.

  • All Annual Passport Next offers related T&Cs are mentioned on the back side of the respective offer leaf. Please adhere to the same.

  • Annual Passport Next is not valid on 31st December after 7 pm.
